After giving him oxygen, finally he started to cry. Baby came out not crying and heart rate to be 60. Baby came out itself because no one bother to check to see what is going on with the body. Finally doc decided to come at 8 pm and we find out that the baby head was out strangled with umbilical cord around his neck.
When my sis get to end of labor, i went to find out about the doc, but nurses will tell me that she is coming and its normal for her to feel pressure, and there is nothing to worry about. Every time i go to nurse station to find out where the doc is, they will tell me that they are coming. We were there since 11 am in the morning.The doc suppose to come check her around 6:15 pm, but they got stuck at some other procedure (circumcision which apparently was more important than to deliver the baby), so we waited and waited. My sister got epidural due to long labor and i was there all the time. The department is ran by residence student (if we knew this before, we would have never gone there). The doc or the nurses would not even come and check up.
